Thanks for all the advice. And yes, I've noticed that carby will attack any red target it seems. Don't know the range of how this is affected but shouldn't be a big deal even if I have to click assault every time.

Maybe whatever red target has to have killed the last carby for auto attack to work? no idea ><

by the way. From the video, it seems like subbing whm is pretty pointless or any mage for that matter unless you are doing it for the aquaveil. but there's no time to recast aquaveil in the middle of the fight and it'd waste MP. The taru in the video got his carbuncle out just cause shiva missed 2x at the critical moment... maybe stress evasion instead of defence gear?

it would almost seem pointless to sub a mage job since your MP would hold out with potions anyway and getting smacked down to 10 hp was kind of scary. Since smn skill isn't affected by int or mnd, maybe subbing mnk would work better?

More HP's espically if taru... >_< (I doubt the extra mnd or int from blm or whm sub would help offset any of the damage from the prime's 2hr, but just my guess)

no, that is not the background music but it'd be sweet if it was. He dubbed over the origional background sounds. Did you once hear his casting bunky noise?

I recommend renting matrix revolutions. I do believe that music in the video was from the scene where morphius, seriph, and trinity were fighting some dudes that were running around on the ceiling just as they were going in to meet the "frenchman."

Although, most techno start sounding the same to me after a while so don't quote me on it >_<

Against Ramuh, I really suggest WHM sub. His paralyze will destroy you. That or carry remedies.

And from what I can tell, avatars or spirits will attack anything that has hate for you. My last fight against ramuh kind of screwed me because Ramuh actually had no hate for me, only carbuncle. So instead of chasing me down to the bottom of the cloister, he would become unclaimed and go back to the top, regaining HP the whole time. (Bastard.)

Finally got all my summons after 3 days of doing these solo fights and I found Ramuh to be the hardest of all. I'm only level 19 though so that may be why. He seemed to hit the hardest and his 2hr almost blew me away. Had 56 hp left, no drinks, no carby, 9mp, he was at 2%hp... and killed him with a dia, lol. Was a horrid battle. :sweat:
