Lv 20 SMN Quest fame?

Hello everyone

Just wondering if you need Fame to do the new Lv 20 Summon quest for Shiva and Garuda if ya do then what fame is needed?

To best of knowledge, you need Fame 4 or less. Me know this because me haves Fame 4 with Windy, Kazham, Mhuara. Fame 9 with Sandy, Bastok, Jeuno, Rabao.

With Fame 4, me was allow to battle Mini Ifrit.
