what i meant to include was, do i just go to the standard places such as kuftal?

I think your best bet is to join a skillup party. Either that or try and get your hands on some sleep arrows, don't know how easy they are to find on your server, they seem to be in short supply on Fairy last time I checked. Grab a low delay bow and go to town on sleeping it to death. As far as places to go, the usuals should work pretty well. Just avoid the mobs that don't sleep easily.
