Havnt played in almost a year need some help

I havent played FFXI in almost a year and i was wondering how much teh game has changed in terms of grping and overall game play? I really like the game when i was playing and want to comeback just curious if anything has really changed for the good or the bad. I was a DRK/WAR, NIN/WAR, and SAM/WAR is it still hard to get grps for those classes?

Any and all information would be great!

Topics like this have been asked a lot. There is one that exists thats still accurate since the data is still from the last update. Might want to search for it, but for a quick recap.

Most of the job invites are still similar. EXP to level at 51 and up has changed, they made it a more smoother route, exp loss from death was changed from 10% tnl to 8% tnl so in turn raise spells mean you loose closer to 5% exp and the maximum possible EXP you can ever lose in a death is 2,700.

There is a lot of new gear that adds more potential for different combinations, but so far not many players have tried those potentials yet.
