I like the look of it but wish it had better stats =\ For warrior sub it's great, but you can't really use warrior sub on anything end game aside from the times you aim to just do spirits within.

Btw does anyone have a conversion of how much +TP actually adds to your TP gain? Like, +1 = .1 or somthing like that?

On a 450 dly weapon +1 Store TP from an item is somewhere around +0.075 TP. So basically, 1 storetp from an item = 10% of a storeTP trait.

I'd say it's worth it to at least get the boots because that +5 gives you just enough boost to go over 100% tp in 7 hits instead of landing at 98%.

let me explain why in my eyes Hachiman is uber. I have a full set Hachiman and i tested it. i do now (with Shinsoku 450dly) per swing 17% TP. and Weapon Skill Acc+ is great for Sam/Rng.

Yeh i can see it for SAM/RNG, but i feel that in sacraficing all the acc from other potential equips not only does that store TP become needed, but becomes halfway useless if you no longer hit as often. On top of that it doesn't add up to near as much STR as you can get through combining god and shura gear. But yes for SAM/RNG i can see how the WS acc would be amazing.

Latent effects, from what I've heard, are all activated by having over 100% TP.

am I missing something? Isn't the Hachiman stuff the level 70 sam JSE? I don't recall seeing anything latent on the pieces I saw. Of course my server is still missing head and legs so I can't be certain.

Hachiman Hakama (legs): Ranged Attack+7
Hachiman Jinpachi (head): Double Attack +2%
Hachiman Kote (hands): Attack +10

PS: These are just the latents; there are many other nromal stats on the armors.

hmmmm..... imo hachiman set is decent... but alot of the old stuff are still better......... if the thing about the latent effect is true, the gloves would be nice for a macro switch.

i have the boots, and trying to get a +1 version atm..... both kote and domaru i plan to use to macro switch out, since i dont have a kirin osode yet.... heh...... very very long time b4 im getting one of these.... but neways..... the set does look nice. haubergeon +1 and alk braclet still better imo though. the kote would probably used as main for when doing normal atk, saotome kote for med, alk for ws......... hmmm......... sams starting to lean more towards brd in eq.... not close yet but getting there with those new neck piece.......... eh.... whatever neways....

hachiman haidate hasnt been crafted on my server.

set really looks good for /war sub and /rng.... but i still dont want to give up all my +acc gear for +ws acc gears............ but if hachiman domaru was +acc instead of +ws acc.......... i probably would of sold my +1 and try getting a hachiman domaru +1.

yep and since the fact that it's a JSE only thing means that it's not going to be sellable in future :3. the nice thing is that viridian seems to be dropping like flies in ENM
