When I saw stuff like this on the list, I immediately thought new HNM. The kote, the Warwolf belt, and the Hiearch belt all seemed like they would be the newest and most expensive HNM drops. Also the Zoolater hat and the new fumas come to mind. I'm sure most of this stuff won't find its way to the AH for legitimate sale for a long time, if at all. Hopefully they have a new HNM corse mob; I'd love to see something like that (in pictures or hear about it rather, I'd be nowhere near it in-game).

Yeah I was thinking of the two belts when I posted. The rest is rare/ex, but the two belts aren't that I know of.

both belts come from the new bcnm that drops venemous claw, we got 2 of each in 5 tries, only 1 claw >_<;

I guess if you insist on using ochidos end game these would be a great option but man, another -10 evasion is horrible. Sam has a really good amount of evasion going for it, but with so many -evasion on random equips, it's almost pointless.

Btw what do they look like, i have yet to see them actually. Are they the same red gloves as before?

I had high expectations for this thing too...

Probably has more use for you Samurai, or maybe Monks. But for an extra 2 atk over Ochiudo's Kote, and some hp increase minus 10 evasion is still pretty harsh.

Ninjas got a new kote though, it's +15 attack and no - to anything. Lvl 34, the same as ochiudos IIRC. I don't know where it comes from though, so it's hard to say how much it will end up costing; but since the new kote are clearly intended to break the ochiudos market (much like the new +int earring, the new +acc rings, venomous claw from BCNMs, etc.) SE probably made them something that can be available in volume, like BCNM or a quest.

Maybe for the ever-elusive damage dealing non-tanking ninja... otherwise these are probably mainly aimed at samurais and monks.

Bandomusha Kote drops from Xolotl, in Attohwa Chasm. Hug the left wall up to the top level (except don't hug it by Tiamat unless you want to home point). Xolotl pops in a clearing that usually has two Cutlass Scorpions in it, and around the corner is a Sand Lizard, a Monarch Ogrefly and some of those poisonous gasponia (sp?) flowers.

Title for him: Xolotl Xtrapolator.

He summons two minions, has an aoe silence attack (bring echo drops). Both minions are skeletons, if you defeat them while X is still up, he'll re-summon so it's better to dispatch them after you've killed Xolotl.

Drops: bandomusha kote (rare/ex), zoolater hat (rare/ex), and perseus harpe (rare/ex); also drops some party members occasionally since he can charm or charmga (I've seen both happen). Good luck with this guy.

How often does this guy show up? I'm pretty sure there are going to be a lot of people that want to fight him soon since he drops a few nice rare/ex goodies.

21-24 hour pop.

He spawns at 20:00 and despawns at 4:00 the next day, but if he's up, he'll be up, and spawn again the next night @ 20 if he popped the previous night.

Minor correction on the pop time--he won't necessarily spawn at 20:00 on the first night, but if he makes it through the first night without being claimed, he will spawn exactly at 20:00 on all subsequent nights until he's defeated. The whole nighttime only spawn thing makes for a lot of downtime while camping...
