Which WS is mainly STR based

HI, after my nin i decided to LVL my sam. I recall hearing that some WS later on that sam gets relies more on STR. I was just curious as to which ones after Jinpu. IF the damage is significant enough I will buy the STR+5 Katana with TP drain to put my str at +50. But still far off only lvl 41 atm and lovin every step. As a ninja you dont get to see big damage till LATE in the game.....even then it pails in comparison to other jobs.

STR is the only stat (other than weapon damage and atk of course) that directly affects the damage of ANY great katana WS. Yukikaze, Gekko, and Kasha simply get the largest bonus from STR compared to the ones before.

This is true not because there's some hidden mystery about Gekko, Yukikaze, and Kasha, it's because we don't get these till we near end game, where attack bonus equips simply don't make the difference they use to and the soft cap bgins to kick in, this is why the added STR begins to get noticed around these levels.

Actually if http://www.geocities.co.jp/Playtown-Part/6371/memo.html is to be believed, Enpi, Hobaku (maybe), Goten, and Jinpu recieve a 30% bonus from STR, Kagero recieves a 50% bonus, and Yukikaze, Gekko, and Kasha recieve a 75% bonus. My personal assumption here (as I can't actually read most of this page myself although I went over it with someone who could) is that the stat bonus is added to the base damage, which is then multiplied based on your TP for WS that do more damage with more TP (they have those numbers on that page also), giving the final result. I've run the numbers a few times and found it to be a reasonably accurate assumption. I don't know exactly how critical hits factor into it all, and therefore don't know how Sneak attack exactly effects the WS damage.

One thing to notice is that according to this, Goten, Kagero, Jinpu, and Koki all do the same damage regardless of TP. I don't know about the rest of you but in large part that seems to be what I experience as well. Dumb SE -_-
