Byakko's Haidate Vs. Shura Haidate

Hey all, have a very tough decision in front of me, i have all of the nessesary craft items for the cursed Haidate, but need some help deciding whether or not to get it.
Byakkos haidate: Dex+15, Haste+5%
Shura Haidate: HP-35 Accuracy+7, Strength+5

I would like to say that i believe the haste+5% to have very little effect, i tried out the Fuma boots with +3% and i could not even see a difference. Also, with Shura, there is a chance of crafting the +1 version.
My equipment i feel is fairly strong in all slots except my leg slot, i think i am leaning towards the Shura haidate, but would like a few opinions.
At the moment, i have Accuracy+52, Strength+12, Dextarity+11, and Attack+60 when not using ranged attacks.

I'd take the shura.

More acc can't hurt ^^

Plus, even if the acc doesn't matter, 5 STR is quite nice

I kind of have the same problem. I can't decide between af2 pants, shura, dusk pants, or byakko's. But seeing how byakko's pants have a really crappy drop rate, and there's other people that would get them before me, I'm kind of ruling that one out.
also have to consider cost, divine logs are 2mil+ on rag and seem to be going up, so much for shura chest piece : /

IMO haubergeon+1 > shura togi..

you sacrifice 2 acc, 6 str, 6 dex... for 8 atk.

Something doesn't sound right there.. Factor in the cost and GTFO D; it looks amazing, I can't knock it there.. it's just not worth it for sams imo. (Unless your LS funds your cursed gear, then I guess you're good to go if you want 4 mill+ spent on looks)

Well i got the Shura Haidate, and i like it a lot, very much worth the price compared to other equipment i think.
Also, Davidmmmm9, Byakko's Haidate is not a crappy drop rate... it is dropped by byakko about 90% of the time.

90 percent my ass lol..Shura Haidaite are definately better for sam. But since my next job is War/Nin ill take the byakkos haidaite.
Its ashame shura body stats suck =\ they coulda added +10 str to it or something i mean seirously look at the adaman hauberk stats compared to shura.

Just in my experience, out of the last 6 byakko kills, we have had 5 haidates drop, maybe it is less than 90, but seems like a darn good drop rate to me. =)

And yes, in terms of all the cursed, we get shafted with Shura armor, i mean, the haidate is seriously the only part that is even worth it. And at 2 million gil AT LEAST per armor piece, we deserve better i think. Shura Helm is bested by our AF2 helm and Optical Hat, Shura Togi is nothing compared to Haubergeon+1, Shura Kote acc+4 and Resist paralyze that probably works once every 10 paralyze spells when i could use Seiryus kote, Satome Kote, or Ochiudos Kote, no thanks, Shura Sune-ate resist gravity??? umm.. i dont get gravity cast on me much, and not like the acc+4 even compares to Satome Sune-ate with dex+5 and att+8. Of all the pieces, Haidate is really the only one worth the 2 million price tag, and even that is questionable.
All the other Cursed armors are riddled with +10's, they need to throw the samurai some nice new stuff in Chains!
