SAM/RNG, hume or elvaan?

i want to go sam/rng eventually. i have elvaan at 30 with war so hes got a clear path. i also have a hume working on getting to 30 war. is there a big difference between elvaan and hume? sorry if theres a thread about this somewhere but i havent seen one. thanks in advance

Hume have more AGI (RNG ACC) and DEX (ACC), Elvaan has more STR (RNG ATK, ATK).

If you're serious about SAM/RNG, hume would probably be better because SAMs have a god-awful time hitting Sidewinder already.

well considering i wouldnt be a sam/rng for a while should i stick with elvaan? theres a shiat load of + rng acc items so it shouldnt be THAT hard to hit stuff.

stick with elvaan, we hold bows coolest

and even though we're the absolute worst race with marksmanship, we also hold guns/crossbows coolest too.

Look into the lvl 30 Windurst armor
Federation Tekko raises acc+3/Rng acc+3
Federation Kyahan raises att+3/Rng att+3

You can also wear Royal Squire gear for an Agi boost.

Just because there is lots of +Ranged Accuracy doesnt mean that you will hit always, also another note is that lots of the equipment with +Ranged Acc takes away from Melee Accuracy. But in the end its ur choice.

just because i have more agility doesnt mean ill hit all the time either.

does the accuracy trait from rng affect melee?

Go hume.....+Str items are alot cheaper then +Agi&Acc Equip.

True what u say and the trait does work for melee attacks.

Well Hume seems to be the better choice but if you like Elvaan go ahead and try it. There is a difference but only a slight one. Even mithras with their Dex and Agi still miss so just play the one u like. It will be around th same for both classes at the lvl we become great with Sam/Rng since a lot of +Range Acc (And some raises Acc too) is available if you can get it (Arher/Sniper Rings, Peacock Necklace, Federation Tekko, +1 bows, etc.) And the ring that -Acc to +Range Acc, macro them so they last the duration u use bow. Its easy to swtich between them.
