Its a winrar self extracting .exe, tho the interface is in japanese.

Hrm. I get no video out of those clips. Sound, but no picture. WinMediaPlayer, WinAmp, IE6, ATI Media Center, Quick Time...none have picture.

They all worked perfectly for me. Maybe it requires a codec you dont have.

Well i have a bit of good news and ehh not so great news. Apparentlythe majority of those WS clips show the actual effects of the WS but not the acutal motion, if you notice sam wasn't the only one to rehash the movements. In-fact many are plain and look similiar to old ones. Basically the person who made em was able to do the WS but by using the old motions of other WS's. The bad news is the acutal WS arn't apparently very flashy in the motion aspect either but that may not be what Kaiten looks like exactly.

It's definately the CODEC, but Im not sure which it's using. I assume that it's probably an mpeg-4 variety, but Im not sure which one to use. Of course I'm at work and can't test it on my PC @home that has all sorts of weird CODECs.

So, yes, I can't see the videos either. =(

I would guess it's using DivX codec. That seems to be the more recently used one, maybe because it maintains it's quality fairly well even if the image is resized.

Oh found the codec it's 3ivX looks like an modified upgraded version of DivX. It's link is at the bottom of the HQ page..

I just downloaded the latest (free) DivX player/codec from DivX.com and still no dice.

This is the codec you want in order to play it. On the site it has an area to download the zip version if you can't extract it from the .php

Alright, snagged the CODEC needed to play the vids. After viewing them all in higher res/fps they all appear to be "new" both in animation and effects. Only slightly different than previous weapon skills in some areas...but different none-the-less. Our Koki clone has a slicing wave effect in there and the mithra sheathed the sword afterwards as well. I know, for hume males at least, that when I kill something with Koki my GK pops out of my hands and into the sheathed position. So yeah, definately new-ish.
