Is this a MUST at level 48? I currently have the swordbelt, and want to know if I should change, I dont have the ochiodes kotes, nor can I afford them, and the swordbelt is kinda my only attack up thing besides my beetle earings. I need some advice, thanks

Yeah life belt first i'd say. . . atk isn't very good if you can't hit enough to use it.

Why do I keep getting the feeling that I picked the wrong server ;p

Seems like for the price of equipping my samurai on mid, I could have decked 2-3 sam's out on other servers.

Well, if you need to spend more to buy....logic would have it that you get more when you sell. There is some balance there, just with bigger numbers. =P

Nope, that's not true.

Every time I bought armor, when I was done with it the price was cut in half. This includes rings/belts and other small more rarish things. I have never got got more out of my resell (or even break even).

I nearly always break even, the only exception has been Silver Hose.....over 35 got dumped in Jeuno; the dump drove prices from 9-10k to 5k. =/ Haven't sold em yet though.

New servers will tend to have higher prices and gradually lower em - so if you're one of the few who began there, you'll most likely be losing a lot of gil on the early transactions you made =\

I believe the Life Belt can be attained from a treasure chest in Fei'yin and by the time your 48-50ish you should be able to take a party out there and hunt for keys easily, may not be the quickest way, but defintally the cheapest!
