Guddal??

I have the Gel. Pal. Gid. key. i need to trade them in for an airship pass to kazahm. So i go to Guddal, try to trade the keys to him but he will not accept. ive asked alot of people and they say Guddal should be the correct guy to talk to. all he says is that " this is the window blah blah blah "


any ideas?

yes, log out and make sure your expansion pack is properly enabled (with its own registration key in the back of the book).

You need to go to the play screen, right before it launches the game, go to content ID's at the bottom, then register on the right side there.

Another way to check, is to try to zone into Zi'Tah Sanctuary, if your expansion isnt registered you can't enter the zone.

I was wondering where I can find Guddal.
I heard he was at Port Jeuno but I would like to be sure first ^^

He's a Galka, in Port Jeuno, in the Kazham airship docks.

There are four airship docks: Sandoria, Windurst, Bastok, and Kazham. The one close to the Sauromungue gates on the same side as the Home point crystal is Kazham.

Did you actually finish the conversation with him or just escape out? If I recall correctly he should bring up two choices. Either to pay some crazy amount of gil, or hear him out about some special adventurer deal.
