Alright, I've read much on the sam and about how some people say they "suck" past the levels of 60...but I've only read maybe one post about that.....and id like for a player who actually got passed lvl 60 to answer me...and no assumetions.....ty!:spin:

I would really like to know from someone lvl 60 or + aswell. I hear that its due to the weak WS of the katana. This could be solved if you use a Spear, but the probem is that spear is B- not A+ in terms of efficiency with the Sam. Might as well get Drg if your going to use a Spear... I heard that SE might make up for this WS katana problem, but nothing is for sure...

But what do i know, i would really like to know the opinion from the 60 lvl+ themselves, see what they think.

Is it me, or do all the high level sam just seem to be disreguarding this whole thing?:confused:

See, the problem with what you're asking is that it's too circumstancial. First off, there arent many Importer Samurais that are higher level than 60 (I believe there are only 2 or 3). Second, one player's experience at 60+ does not reflect everyone else's. No 2 players will have the same experience leveling.

I'm only a level 60 Samurai, but I plan on continuing it to 65 or so after I'm done with prior commitments. Will it be hard? Yes, probably. The Katana's WSs just cant compare to the higher level multi-hit WSs from other weapon classes. Unless SE ups the damage on higher skilled katanas, 60+ leveling will be one tough journey. What good is a Samurai who's a master of WSs if they dont do that much damage? Square needs to see this, and quickly.

so people stop asking me, I'm only 60, therefor can't really give an opinion AFTER 60 because I'm stuck on stupid goddamn genkai 3
