Link to Weaponskill cap chart (in English!)
I've read through a number of threads wishing for a translated weaponskill level-cap chart. After painstakingly translating and making my own spreadsheet from a bloody marvelous Japanese site:

I later found that a translation had already been done and that a chart had already been posted on the internet:

The translated chart jives perfectly with the Japanese chart, and using the Japanese site you can find out the actual numerical level caps for every class at every level for every skill. Wonderful!
