Tip: Double Bar Spells for greater resist

Alrighty then people, if your like anyone who has tried buffing themselves when bored just to raise Enhancing, then you've noticed that you can cast only 2 Barspells. No matter which you cast, its only 2. So, I have an idea, and I would like any assisstance testing it. It'll make more sense further down, btw

(For resistance to Paralyze, use Barblizzard and Barparalyze. This is because para is blizzard element, so using this would most likely increase resistance.)

For resistance to Paralyze use Barblizzard and barparalyze.

For resistance against Poison use Barwater and Barpoison.

For resistance to Silence use Baraero and Barsilence.

I think Petrify is Earth, so use Barstone and Barpetrify.

I think Virus is water so use Barwater and Barvirus.

I'll edit this post if anyone wants to help out, but for the meanwhile, I put below the debuffs that havent been Doubled in bold.

Paralyze - Ice
Poison - Water
Silence - Wind
Petrify - Earth
Virus - Water
Blind - Darkness
Bind - Ice
Slow - Earth

Of course, we can use the Barspells singularly, but I just wanted it to be known that Dualing might make resist when soloing better. Oh, and I'm not at all sure if this has been said or posted, so plz let me know

Yes, it works. This has been discussed before (although you may have just missed it) particularly in the Shadow Dragon topics. To avoid petrify, it was suggested that you use barpetrify and barstone. Although this wont necessarily prevent you from being petrified, it should reduce the time the petrification lasts.

Bono was talking about his experience fighting it, then someone suggesting Dualing, and even Apple Pie chimed in. Yet this was only one case. I'm trying to compile this so that ppl understand that Bar spells arent completely useless.

In fact, i strongly believe that a simple 24MP can save us so much more in the long run.
