Gorgeous Looking Fleuret

I think I'm going to get it for my town gears... It's soooo cool.

For those of you don' know what it is, just guess! It has better DPS (15.84) than Gold Sword (15.83) and R.G.F (15.35).

Well, with those stats, the only thing that possibly comes to mind is the Verdun--but I'm not even sure if that's a Fleuret-type weapon.

Regardless, that is one badass sword. I'd trade my RGF for it any day ^^

No math involved, because I suck at math. I'd guess it is an Epee +1? I'm not sure about DPS or anything like that, and I've never seen anybody wearing one... but the fact that is is a Fleuret (I think, RDM and DRG means Fleuret, right?) and it is I think the highest level one available makes it a candidate. I want one, btw. ^^

Epee +1 has a DPS of 16.74, but the regular Epee has a DPS of 15.84. I'm guessing that it's the Wasp Fleuret (Hornet Fleuret+1) which also has a DPS of 15.84, and has "Fleuret" in the name. Plus, Epee is level 68, and Apple's only 66, while Wasp Fleuret is 61.

I thought I would level BRD and WAR to 37 before I restart leveling RDM but no, I'll level RDM first to 68 because I seriously want it.

BTW, Verdun looks the same as Joyeuse.

stat wise, its kind of meh. lose acc++ on it. maybe the epee+1 is worth a look, but good luck on that, {gil} {yes, please.}. dps? pfft, i never buy that... i'm a sucker for a fast attack and acc++ these days.

This is because of its looks.

Well, we hardly see it in AH since chasers aren't willing to make one. They don't want to use their precious angle stones on something only for red mages - lower demand but higher risk.

As a farming sword, Epee is slightly better than R.G.F. Accuracy isn't an issue when we farm EP or weaker ones for money.

Slightly off topic but does anyone know what the sword(s) in the attached picture is/are?

They're red and black, and have the same model of the duel rapier I believe. But the black metal of the sword has a really vibrant sheen to it, so that they look almost white.

I'm guessing the right hand weapon is a Nightmare Sword and the left hand weapon is a Schewt or a Platoon Cutlass.

Finally, I got it today. I've been waiting for someone selling it at AH but haven't seen anyone. I tried to gather materials instead but I've never found one of them, "Angel Stone."



This is just going to be one of my town gears but it looks cool, doesn't it?

I hope S-E will have new and nice graphics on some of gears such as Enhancing Sword and Ice Shield.

Unfortunatly the Enhancing Sword looks exactly like a Gold Sword in looks and I think the Ice Shield looks like a Hard Shield (which still looks better than any other buckler in the game).

Working on the super long term weapon, Exaclibur and its a tough thing to make let me tell you. I think the first two upgrades are the real test of patience and the last two the real rewards.
