God Armor?/BLM Enfeebles

2 Questions for you guys:

1) What is the Lvl75 God equipment setup for a RDM. I know the sword is Enhancing Sword but I haven't heard much on any other equips. I'm a RDM/WHM and I'm thinking of getting an Enfeebling Torque for starters. I also already have full AF. Really, I'd like the progression of RDM 60 to RDM 75, equipment-wise.

2) As a RDM/WHM I have my small set of enfeebles, but I really like enfeebling. I haven't played as a BLM so I don't know much about the BLM only enfeebles (Rasp, Choke, etc.). Can someone give me a breakdown of these and let me know if they benefit more from them?

The BLM enfeebles I use:

Burn - lowers INT, helps nukes, Grav, Blind, Poison, etc. land

Shock - lowers MND, helps Slow, Paralyze, Silence land

Frost - lowers AGI, helps melees hit mob

Those are all I bother with. Grav and Frost I do together especially in groups without a bard. Burn and Shock are situational depending on how much of a jerk a mob is being concerning my enfeebles, i.e. if I'm not having a problem then I don't bother.
