I hit a wall at 40 personally, simply because any Rdm at 41 would be picked before me (for obvious reasons), and there were quite a few of them at the time... And ever since I've hit 41, I've just been farming. $$$

Good to hear you broke through that wall!

I'm still very new to RDM, but so far I've managed to melee while enfeebling and backup healing, I haven't had to worry about nuking because a BLM just does far better, and my MP is better used elsewhere. I put enfeebling first, then healing, and then melee. But unless I was the main healer (god forbid ><) I usually get into the fight.

At 41 everyone wants an RDM because they can Refresh (MP Regen), which really cuts down downtime.
