I am lvl 54 atm and I'm planning to get my AF gloves.

1. It talks with Guslam, after clearing AF1 Quest.
2. Treasure Coffer of The Eldieme Necropolis is opened.
3. You will receive "The Old Gauntlets (Key Item)".
4. Talk to Guslam of Upper Jeuno (Durable Shields).
5. Talk to Yin Pocanakhu of Lower Jeuno (Tenshodo).
6. Buys a box with 1000Gil from Yin Pocanakhu.
7. Investigate the "???" in Port Jeuno (H-8), Event will start.
8. It contracts with Borghertz.
9. Investigate the Torch of Castle Zvahl Baileys Map1 (F-8).
10. A NM called Dark Spark (Bomb) will appear, you have to defeat it.
11.Again, Investigate the "Torch",
12.You will receive "Shadow Flames (Key Item)".
13.Investigate the "???" in Port Jeuno (H-8)
14.It will end.

For #2 i'm having problems getting the coffer key. Just how tough is it to get it, and find the coffer? ( flash back of genkai 1) hope it's now as hard as that.
And also for #10 ? You just need a full group to kill it.. right? Just need to some info before I attempt to do it. Thanks

The key isnt too hard to get, its getting people down there to help you. The mobs are not too diffcult as long as you stay away from spriggans. I got my key off the first mob but im lucky like that. The coffer I found about 20 feet away near the hume bones camp. I died when I opened it though. XD

Dark spark can be taken by a 65+ tank and a mage. The less amount of people you drag through castle zhval the better. The demons are on the sides of each pathway so make sure to stay towards the center.

Good luck and enjoy your AF gloves(piece of crap that they are). I personally use my RSE gloves.

Dark spark is a joke, and I love helping kill him for that reason. A lv55 party can easily take him (read: no 2 hours). You'll want at least 1 person with a reliable stun (blm, drk, lv65+ paladin). Also, if you go with a lv55 party, MAKE SURE that anyone that can't cast sneak/invis on themselves brings 3-4 sneak oils and prism powders. You need sneak for the eyes, invisible for the demons (go figure). It's a fairly short walk...just go straight the entire time. You'll reach a gate with 2 torches on either side of it...

clear the demons near you...staying near the middle of the platform. To spawn dark spark, have ONE person touch ONE torch. Make sure you remember who did it with which torch. Dark Spark spawns...kill him. Watch out for his self-destruction move (hence the stunners). If you have more than one stunner, make sure you set up an order so you don't overlap stuns and end up not having one available when he tries to go boom. Use barfira and fire carol if you can, and use Fire-based damage abilities/spells if given a choice. He's really easy

After you kill him, everyone that needs the key item touches the torch used to spawn him. This is VERY important - if you touch any other torch, another dark spark will spawn. You only have to kill him once, unless somebody messes up \
