Hmmm, well, when you get to level 12, head to the Valkurm Dunes, which is south of La Theinze Plateau. From there, go from level 12 to 15. Now, this next area is located right inside/below Bastok. Level in Korroloka Tunnel from 15-20 then head to Qufim.
