I really like the sound of that! I think there could be some better subs to go with, but a suggestion like this gets me to thinking my TaruTaru Ranger might not be such a bad idea if I can sub with a main of BLM. Hmmmm...

I'm not sure if any stats affect guns, so if you used guns it might be a decent sub. I wish I could play this game so I could really learn about it instead of hearing it from people on the boards...

Also, someone wanted to sub dark knight, it has some black magic, but also some warrior qualities. That might be my plan as well.

if you sub a red mage, could you enchant your arrows just like any other weapon?? This reminds me of the fire/ ice arrows in Zelda
