How? If you have 100 ATK and eat something that adds +10% ATK, you're ATK is raised to 110. If you have 100 ATK and equip something that has +10 ATK, you're ATK is 110. The only difference I see is that one is adding a set number, and the other is based off of how much ATK you have to begin with.

The % increases become substancially more beneficial as your attack increases.
Rattack and attack from what I have seen are seperate calculations. Berserk increases A and RA, as does food.
I realize that the more ATK you have, the more +% would give. My point was that with either +ATK% or +ATK is that you're still getting +ATK either way.
