Question about rings

I'm a lvl10 hume pal/war at the moment.. I don't know wheather to get bomb rings or stamina rings...and how long will they last me..thanks in advance

Stamina until level 36 when you can get Verve (Sphene +1).

I need help too ; ; in my situation I have two Phanlax rings... are they worth being droped two VIT+3 rings?

If you can afford 2 VIT rings without sell both phanlax rings, that'd be best to go imo. I found having def rings at the beginning of a new xp area (when mobs are IT++) it helps out. As you level up, you can drop the def ring for VIT ring until next new xp area. I used pretty much 1 def 1 vit for 54+. Now, using jelly ring and mermaid ring or jelly ring and gold mskt. ring if we are in bastok control regions.
