Mermaid's Ring

While browsing the AH today I came across a ring that I hadn't seen before, the Mermaid's Ring. It peaked my interest because it was lvl 43 and had enmity+2 on it (it also had wtr+3)!! I checked Mystery Tour for info and it appears to be a new item. I was just curious about whether or not such an item would be that usefull, and if it was, how much would you be willing to pay for it? So far none have been sold and they're marked as "Rare" so you can only carry one.

I'd imagine it would be quite useful but Verve and Vigor rings are probably a better deal for a PLD. For a NIN, it's probably a dynamite piece of gear.
