Need advice RNG in pt.

I have partyed commonly with this one ranger on Bismarck. She shoots so fast i rarely ever see her attack with her 2 knifes. I do tell her to calm down (no cover yet) but yea, still soo much hate.
She has more hate than the drk's and other melle in are pt combined!

I often have to cast cure III, then cure II on her to gain back hate, then i voke, and after a few seconds the monster is back on her!

any advice of how to keep hate, and hold it with a spawming ranger in your pt? without spawming cure III's or II's? my mp pool is so low its spent by the end of fights : (

To be a good tank requires cooperation from your PT members. You'll be forever having trouble with DD's unless they learn to exercise moderation. If you party with her enough, she'll learn what your limits are and how many shots she can take before she's in danger, but there's really nothing you can do besides telling her to slow down.

I play RNG and PLD, so I know from experience that it's nearly impossible to keep aggro off of a Ranger who is going all out.

Haha a few days ago I fought a ranger-type Gob NM in Gustav (lvl 59-60 party). In the middle of the fight our rng did a sidewinder for 800 + 400 renkei damage. the gobbo immediately responded with Eagle Eye shot and poor rng ate 1300 damage :spin:

aww... well that stinks for that ranger in that pt : ( ouch thats alot of damage.

i have partied with her 3 times before this, and the problem is she speaks German! so she doesn't understand that much english, when i told her to calm down, i had to explain what calm means. lol that could be the same as playing with a only Japanese speakin ranger, but i dono. i guess time will tell if i play with her, or another spawming ranger again : (
