Spelling may be incorrect. All i know it is a lvl 60+ pld ability... and its very uper... i think helps out whole party? (while gettin help doing samurai quest, my to high lvl pt members were telling me about the skills i get as pld (was doin sam for fun) and they said wait paitenlly for rampart)

so yea anyone know what it is? does? and what lvl?

62, raises the defense of all PT members in its range for 30 seconds... basically just another tool to keep hate on yourself. I alternate it with sentinel for every other mob. Don't see much use for it other than that...

Is it basically like warcry basically meaning that the defense boost is very minimal? I wonder what the AF2 effect does...

Its like group sentinel, but gives less defense then sentinel it seems. Doesn't matter, you should be the only one getting hit, buffing your groups defense really isn't as good as warcry where you and 2 other melee would benefit. Just use it like sentinel and shield bash, good aggro grabbing tool. In fact might be better then sentinel for aggro as you are buffing not only yourself but others.

It adds 20 def to all party members in range for 30 seconds. It's another tool to grab agro or when you are fighting mobs with ae melee atk.
