Is circle broken?

Is it just me or does it not last nearly as long as it should?

It was changed in the most recent update. It's duration was shortened, it's cooldown timer and effectiveness were increased.

Same with Arcane, Ancient, and Warding Ciricles.

How am i supposed to be an undead killer without my circle??

We now have an 'innate' circle effect. Try it out when soloing against undead, even if you didn't put up Holy Circle there will still be times when the mob will be 'intimidated by your presence'. Go us!

Yeah, it's so cool when it says "The Wight is intimidated by your presence." I'm like, yeah, you don't like palls do ya? But more often than not it's when I have Holy Circle up... It's still cool though.

Not quite. PLDs have always had the Undead Killer trait which in the past just added haste effect when fighting undead. What was added with the last patch was the chance of paralyze. Holy Circle just gives the undead the slow effect when fighting PCs protected by it.
