Party with thf?

I recently hit the 30 mark with my PLD and came to the realization that the thf's role is becoming more important. My question is how do i assist the thf with their new lvl 30 abilities? I know they have the whole hate control thing but, how does that work?

Im a 50 thf and i also noticed it when i hit 30, i can do almost 700 dmg now but also i can control the hate, pld are very usefull when im in a pt, u need 2 tank, normally the pld is the main and he holds the hate, while the other tank stands behind and i stand behind him, sneak is worked by thf standing behind and trick attack is behind another person and it gives them the agro, so thats really it, when u hit 33 they start doing the massive damage.

Yokodama only needs 1 tank. What Caitsith described is fuidama ^^ Root around in the party tactics forums and you'll find something on the two...

It is ok for the enemy to face the melee after the rennkei is finished if the THF did fui+WS behind him, pt can understand why it would face but however sometimes you will see THF's sub war and taunt right after to reduce that hate+allows you to Taunt and cure or flash right afterwards to take it back. It's one good method or ofcourse if you melee happens to be a drg they can jump and simply just give the hate to you~
