well, there's 3 way to get flash. i bought it in rabao for 34k.
you should also check jueno AH first because it's lower than the npc price i believe.

i heard it's a drop from some sort of ants. (that's why ppl are able to sell it lower than npc price)

Bside, I've found that it doesn't rely on Divine Magic skill in order to create hate. I've been using it the past few days and since then my skill has gone from 11 to 72. It's a great hate builder. I like it in the situations where I've used Provoke already, Shield Bash isn't up, and I'm full health so a Cure 3 won't do anything for me. Toss a Flash in there and usually it's right back on me, plus the monster misses me for two rounds. That's not really fantastic but it's an added bonus for sure. Give it a try, I'd be interested in what a veteran Paladin thinks about it.

i can confirm that Orcish Trooper in davoi drops the flash spell. this is how i got my 20k off of.

Iron quadav in Beadeaux drop it as well. I was doing some skilling up with a few friends and we got 2 of them in less than an hour
