  • Command to target enemies target?

Looking for an easy way to cast a heal on the taget the enemy is attacking, be it myself or if it turns on someone else in the pt.

Any <t> type of shortcut I can use to accomplish this? It would be much easier than making one for each pt member spot and then scrolling to the one I need to get the hate back.

do this , /ma "Cure" <st> , then the blue arrow icon will appear and you can change targets to proper person that needs healing

when i play pld, i have 5 sets of macros, /ma "Cure III" <p1>-<p5>. this takes up 5 lots, but is the fastest way to cast cure onto the party members, without having to press f2-f6 as u would when u use <st> pronouns. i also have cure 3 and 4 <me>, which r the ones i use most often as a tank.

of course, there's nothing against using <st>, or even better, <stpc>, but i prefer the above method for the fastest access.

can someone tell me what the <st> and <stpc> do exactly? I'm gonna start pld soon and it would be really helpfull to know what these do in regards to targeting.

I have my hotkeys like bside does and love it. Paladins only get a handful of spells, you can afford to waste 6 slots on having it heal player 0-5. Just remember it counts the first person, you, as p0, the next person on the list as p1, etc, when making hotkeys.

If you want to use <st> that works too. What it does is when you use a macro with /ma "Cure" <st> in it is the macro forces you to select a target and press enter before it casts the spell. So you hit that macro, hit f2 to select the person in the second group spot, then enter and you will heal that person--all the while fighting your orginal target. <stpc> does the same thing except it only allows you to select players as targets.

Honestly, both ways work very well since you stay fighting your target but can heal others.
