  • Building to Pal/War

So, I know that I want to be a Galkan Pal/War. Yay me. Now what's a good way to get there?

Right now I'm planning on going Monk to 18, then War/Monk to 35/17 and finally making the jump to Paladin.

Is it best to max my 1-hand Sword and Shield skill as a warrior, or would that not speed the process when I finally begin working on Paladin? I understand that Warriors are A(-?) with axes.

I guess I'm only looking to start with Monk to make the Warrior route faster (Saved cash from fighting unarmed? and higher HP) but I'm also thinking Thief.. Anyway, anyone have advice?

warriors arn't too shabby with 1 handed sword...itll be better later on when you get PLD if you max the sword/sheild skills with warrior so you can have the best #'s in those skills as soon as you level so you will be that much stronger early out with PLD...i would go THF not monk becuase u wanna be rich early out to buy upto date equip and stuff..and being a thf will guarantee you a group in valkrum looking for majiked skulls..for your subjob
