Elvaan or Hume?

hey i was just wondering if there was a big difference in the damage that u can take off on enemies as Pal/war...and if its better to be hume if u wanna be able to use more of the white magic u get for being Pal...thx alot

Both make equally good Paladins. So just pick whichever you like more.

Elvaan is marginally better... If hume is 100%, elv is 103.5%...

dude, elvaan....totally, after watching LOTR , and seeing legolas, how can you NOT want to be an elf, or some character that looks like him, almost makes me want to be a ranger, but yeah, i've heard and realized elvaan is a little better than hume, but pick whichever you like....appearance-wise i guess

The elvaan probably fits the job a little better since they have better vitatlity, but they do have prety low MP. I think they are pretty close, and i think any race will work for a paladin

Wait... a GUY said this. Wierd... Well, I might be elvaan myself, but I would like to be like Merle from Vision of Escaflowne so Mithra would also be cool. Personally... Even if marginally better, be an elvaan if you want to major in melee, if you want all the classes, Hume is the way to go.
