What wep's they use?

Hey, i think i already know, i just want to confirm it.
Arn't Paladin's godly with one hand sword, and they use shild (so they can get a extra block in there every once and a while?)

the ideal thing to do with paladin is have a 1handed sword, a shield, and a great sword in you inventory all of the time. they are best with the 1handed sword and only slightly worse with the great sword. the way i do it is if you have a lot of tanks in your party use the great sword. but if you are the only tank or you are soloing use the 1handed sword and shield.
