What makes the +20% haste latent affect kick in on this earring?

I've tested yellow hitpoints and that doesn't seem to work. Anyone know?

Sounds not too bad if its paired with a shinobi war gi while farming. I usually run around farming bedeaux until im down to 200hp using utsusemi while my mukestu+1 katana heals me back up (then again im crazy)

Man I was hoping it was Yellow HP and not Red, this sucks..

Yes it sucks. Yellow HP would have been awesome but Red, is bleh...

I tried finding a practical use of it while farming, and it just almost got me killed everytime, especially being a taru

There is only 1 time it saved my life. This was a battle vs Bune. As you know he hits for 300ish to Non PLDs. Me being a taru and all, he got a lucky streak and hit me 3 times, which automatically put me in the red HP, less then 100 left, lmao. My timers for utsusemi werent up and i was gona die for sure. He missed me on the next hit while i equiped this earing and by the next time he swung my NI timer was up and i was able to recast before his next strike(i also got cure 4 bombed so i guess i woulda been ok anyway)

Galkas Nins are probably the only race who may want to use this, since they can be in red HP and still have like over 300.
