Ninja Quest and more...help!

I am planning to get NIN as a sub for my WAR. Now I have heard that this quest can easily be done with a little high-level help, so it in itself does not worry me. However the stupid amount of Fame needed for the Ninjitsu scrolls does. Now can I do all the quest up to where I need to go to Norg and then take a break to raise the fame and then head over and finish it and get the scrolls at the same time?
Also I would do the Zinc Ore quest in Bastok for this as I have 30K and heard with 30K I can buy all the Zinc Ore I need for the quest and get it done quickly. Who do I speak to for this? Do I need to have been to Jeuno first and signed up for this Tenshodo thing having bought the invitation from, say, the AH or can I join Tenshodo in Bastok in order for the fame to go to Norg or does it go anyway?
One last thing. Once I have the job and the fame, who do i speak to in Norg for the scrolls quest? And what do these quests involve and could they be soloed by a 32WAR/MNK?
Aid with all of this would be immensly appreciated!

You can do this quest solo at level 1. In fact, I encourage it. If sneak drops, you won't lose XP. Just make sure you set your HP in Norg AFTER you are given the quest.

Tenshodo Membership
30k in Zinc Ore
silver beastcoin
Sneak Oils

Thanks Big you've really helped me. However in Bastok once I have bought the Tenshodo membership who do I give it to and where in order for it to count towards Norg fame? Also how many Zinc Ore do I have to give? <--So I can keep track. Thanks for the rest though, it will be a big help.

Give it to the woman at the desk in the hotel in Lower Jeuno. You'll need about 120 ores. You might be able to get away with less if you do the other Ninjitsu quests first, however.

So I don't give the Tenshodo invite to the Tenshodo person in Bastok but the one in Jeuno? Does that mean that my fame will still count for Norg even if I do the Zinc Ore in Bastok?
