Ninjustsu Damage- Whats the stat(s) that determine it?

Hey guys I'm a new Ninja convert! Currently lvl 18 blink tanking mithran ninja. I must say, its a very interesting class to play, and it would seem it would only get better as i get more skills. ^_^

I have only one question though, whats the Stat(s) that determines ninjutsu damage? Some people have said its CHR, but i ain't too sure. Anyone willing to help me out?

Also another question, i forgot ^_^. Is all that evasion gear really worth it? Is there any noticeable difference from +10 to +30 to +50 evasion? Bear in mind that I'm a mithran.

I have been told its INT but I have not bothered to use the Elemental stuff becuase unless SAN comes out NI does almost no damage at my level range.

I hope someone answers this question, I had +about 13 envasion and was fighting worms in Qufim. Soon to get VE Hairpin..again, I didn't notice anything. It seemed like the extra envasion didn't help any at all.

From what I've heard John evasion doesn't help at higher levels meaning that people get more attack gear than evasion, most of them get Hauberagon and Ochiduo Kote.
