No Shurikens.

Hello,

For those of you who've partied with high leveled ninjas, or is one themself,
I'm just wondering out of curiosity, but is it possible for a Ninja to be able to hold and manage a decent amount of hate without the use of shurikens at the mid to high levels? (Ie. 60-70+'s)

Not totally related to the topic but looking for a response from ninja's who use throwing. What sort of damage potential do they have against IT mobs? 100 pts of damage, 200? Just want to know what the end result will be if I decide to spend some time leveling throwing.

Im lvl 60 and I have lvled throw to my cap at this level. I can honestly say that once you get a good rythm goin beetween throw and regular attack the damage will be significant. The reason i say this is because of delay/tp build. If you throw at a good moment the delay to your next attack will be far less than just spamming throw. As far as damage..... on IT Raptors in terrigan my katanas do 20-30 damage each hit, when i use JUST my chakram it hits for 40-50. Granted I am using af which not only boosts throw skill and throw damage. Against the same mobs using lvl 28 shuriken Im doin 60-90. And its pretty constant because of throw being capped and my equip i currently have on my nin.

My ninja is far from high level but right now I can manage to do 50~60 damage with level 28 shurikens at level 40 with capped throwing and +4 ranged attack from my equipment. Between levels 30~37 it fluctuated from 40~50 damage. Back then the only time I could PT with a magic-spamming BLM was when I used shurikens.
