Talk to the Mithra when you enter Neptune (right next to AH in low jeuno), she will give you 2 options, choose the 3rd one, which is a blank line.
Now you can A) Buy the invite from AH, trade it to mithra and resell afterwards.
B) Go to bastok, at one of the warehouses in port bastok they will give you a key item, return to mithra, talk to her, get invite, use it, resell it and make about 1k gil.PLD 72 - WAR 35 - NIN 13 -THF 15

This quest is completely optional, the Tenshodo just wont sell to you in Jeuno & Bastok until you have done the Tenshodo mission. The ore/beads thing is merely to generate fame high enough to be offered the mission. Nothing more nothing less.NM Record:
