Ninjutsu quests

I have been told that there are two quests in Norg for ninjutsu scrolls requiring you to bring 10 rusty leggings and 10 rusty subligars (two seperate quests) to the NPC (Ryoma?). Where is the best place to fish for these and what is the best lure/pole combo for catching them?

He is just talking about the Poison and Blind scroll quests, there are also many more quests which i am currently looking for which give Blink and many other Ninjutsu spells.

The guy behind the store counter gives the blink quest, his name begins with an "E".

You need a lot of fame in norg to do this quest.

I had to do the nanaa mingo's amigo quest 40+ times to get the quest. This requires you to farm yagudos for beads (really easy if you are a thf and have cyclone)

trying to get enough fame for the blink quest.. found Nanna, but she doesn't seem to let me take a quest. I traed a yagudo necklace to her, nothing happened. Do i need fame in windurst toget a quest? If so how can i go about doing that easily?

You'll need to hand in 4 beads at a time =)

Where is Nanaa Mingo?
I think getting Yagudo Necklaces would be alot faster than getting zinc ores. They seem to drop more.
I guess that's what I will be doing instead.

should do the zinc ore one like 27 times, just mine and look for dicounts in bazaars, think you get more fame doing this than doing like 50 yagudo quests

The NPC that gives the blink quest is actually Lasrean(SP)

There is another way to get Tenshodo fame by bringing a lumbering horn and a rampaging horn to the NPC in the Bastok warehouse. He wouldn't give me the mission until I completed the zinc ore quest like 5 times though.

Only thing about that is... The two rams you have to fight for the horns are mucho tough.

Ever thought of actually doing moremnon-repeatable quests, have fun and gain story/money/items instead of always farming?

I know I've gained a lot of fame doing every quest I can (still don't understand eco-warrior)

Or is it JUST those 2 quest that can get you the needed fame

The quest you're referring to doesn't give Tenshodo/Norg fame, which is what is required to get most of these quests. There's only a handful of quests outside of Norg that will give you fame for repeating them.
