Utsusemi: Ichi (Blink) Is there a cheaper way of getting it?

ok right now Im a 18 NIN/9 THF, and I have been trying for awhile to raise enough money to get this ninjutsu (my server Leviathan has them at 106k in the Jueno AH T-T). Is there an easier way to get this ninjutsu without shelling so much cash on it, like a quest or something?

Oh and dont say camp Leaping Lizzy for the boots =P lol. Freakin camped that thing forever with my 30 THF and Im 0/8 with it =\, while 2 of my LS mates killed it ONCE each and got the boots...sigh lol both now have 250k =\. Thanks for the help in advance ^^.

lol thx for the helpful info vivid =P. Btw I heard some new info on it if anyone is interested. I asked one of my high lvl Japanese friends on the server, and he said that in order for the quest to be activated in Norg you have to be around 40+ and have a lot of fame, but he wasnt very sure since he went DRK =\. Oh well I guess its better than nothing. Now if only vivid would give out some info of the quest many of us would be set =P. Unless of course he just went the hard way and got like 100K plus for it lol.

Oof, I hope Vivid won't get mad at me for giving totally awesome Ninja info.

The person who gives this quest is Laisrean who can be found at Norg. Use a silver beastmen coin to open the silver door and head to H-3 in the Sea Serpent's Grotto. Examine to the ???, view the event, and head back to Laisrean and talk to him. I hope that's right (if it's not, then hopefully somebody can fix any errors).

thx a lot Maxim Ill be sure to try that out later. I have a couple of questions though. Where can you get a map for the sea grotto, I checked Kazham and Norg but I couldnt find anyone who sells it. Also for the silver door, is there a specific <pos> for it or is it really easy to find according to the quest description Laisrean gives.

If you dont want to do all that just pay for it ;; I payed for my first blink (80k) then 25k more for 5 stacks of blink (1 used for Thief in pulling, helps a ton).

Map of SeaGrotto is from treasure chest in SeaGrotto. Those lower level ghast and crabs will drop key.

The silver door is found at N-14 of that first map. Just keep examining it before trading a coin. The coin won't be used up.

The monsters behind that door will aggro a lv60 player, so use sneak all the way through. Treasure chest could be found behind that door too.
