was making the rounds on FFXI websites, and made a stop at my ole friend Mysterytour. Decided to look at my Relic Weapon Options. These particular ones caught my eye and would love to get em when I get to 75 but they're one of the items that MysteryTour dosn't say how to get. If anyone can give me some info it would be much appreciated.

I think some kind of abjuration is needed to upgrade them. I'm not sure.

When you get lvl 75 and have 10-20 million Gil chillin waiting to be spent, ask again. Till then just cope with it not being for you, or me for that matter.

Anyone have info on how to get Attestation of Might, or other jobs' Attestations? I am told from a Dynamis Beaucedine NM, but nothing more than that. If I can ever get that, then I will worry about wtf is a Mystic Fragment. Even without completing the final stage this gives the best monk weapon by far. I'm also interested in the Enhances "Counter" Effect; maybe monk can finally tank if that is true. These details I am referring to are from the bottom of this page:
