Rasestu Latent Effect Question?

I was just wondering after reading about the subjob Latent Effect earrings, what the requirements were for the Rasetsu set was. I really like the +1 pieces because they don't have the latent effect counter attack effect but no one sells it on Kujata.

Is it just hp or is it still under speculation?

its extremley rare to get them +1 items at such lvl, the rasestu is at lvl 98 or 99 cloth crafting, so it would be hard as hell to get that to be HQ...ud be one lucky a** to get that...

anyways im up to grab one when i get to 72
