After you open the coffer chest at Crawler's nest and bring the key item you found to guslam, the guy in upperjeuno armor shop and he tells you that he cant repair the gauntlets what do you do after that. some one told me to check the box "???" in lowerjeuno to see a cut sceen i did but the cut sceen was not shown. am i missing some thing? or maybe i just need to go to the castle and fight the NM.

After talking to Guslam, go to the ??? in Port Jeuno in Boxes near Chocobo Stables. You'll get a short event with Bolghertz. Then go to Zvahl Baileys to kill Dark Spark. Return to ???. Get Temple Gloves.

Don't you have to give the mithra in Tenshudo 1k gil first before talking to the ??? ?

You have to Talk to Mithra Receptionist at Neptune's Spire in Low Jeuno and pay 1000 gil duty.

Mithra's name is Yin Pocanakhu. And I think technically gloves are AF4. Castle can be a pain too, much easier to go with 2 groups, and it makes sense to take as many people that need the item as you can since most jobs if not all need to kill Dark Spark at one time or another. The Dark Spark itself is really easy, but after you pass the cross roads right before it a bunch of demons often come up from behind. Try to stay in the middle of the road.
