These are 500k on my server and im just wondering if anyone knows what drops this, what spawns NM (timed or place savers), location and wut lvl to solo.

I'm lvling to 41, and getting my THF up for Treasure Hunter before I try and take him on. 380k (on Midgar) is just way too much for me to afford. With those the Jujitsu Gi, and the Fuma Kyahan, I'm looking at 560k gil to outfit my MNK.

I need 800k for my MNK's equip, kote, fuma and brown belt..... I still haven't done the purple belt, so brown belt is impossible to get from quest >_>;

Anyway for the Kote NM, it is always heavily camped, 500k, self-explained.... I went there alone at 42, I can kill it alone, but if you get mobbed, you are dead... it spawns on a platform, where every 12 minutes or so, there will be 2 yagudo pop, 1 of them will possibly be the NM, but there will always be 2 everytime.... so if the surrounding campers arent nice, they will just let you die from the NM+yagudo mob, and then they can take the NM...

I had 916hp or so when I went to camp that NM, and the yagudo interrigator that spawned, took me 800hp to kill, so good luck to you planning to camp alone

im thinking of just having war as sub for voke, cuz chi blast is a 3min reload and i dont want to be caught with my pants down, so to speak.
and i had a friend camp for signa monster staff (sells for 400k) with a thf friend of ours, lvl45, and the thf didnt seem to affect the drop, 4 times be4 it droped, and then after he got it the guy got it after him, so im wondering if TH even matters.

camping NM really sucks in this game. whever i do it i just come out frustrated with nothing to show for it.

it's been discussed and discussed wether or not TH1 actually affects nm drops...
i for one say no it does not

To answer your question about TH helping, it really does help me when farming. I get a lot more drops from weak mobs, then when I did not have thf subbed. I camped the valkrum emp 2 nights ago for a friend who needed it and I killed it 4 times and got the drop the second time. I was trying to kill it and get the drop for another friend but no drop ; ;

So, from what I can tell it really helps when normally farming but not when camping NMs.

aye the rumor about TH helping drops on Rare items is false... it only helps the drop on normal items... like Silk Threads

i was like wtf. so i ran around and /slap every1 there lol, it was mostly japaness ppl.

All i can suggest to get kote at lvl 35 or so is do teleport quests, ninjitsu quests, and RSE quests then sell what you get.

If getting it by saving money, you can always camp another heavily camped NM... leaping lizzy >_>; I wouldn't sell my ninjutsu, but that's because I'm a future ninja...

selling ninjitsu is a good idea as i'll never be using it

although selling tele's isn't as i might be needing them some day...

but off tele's alone i'd bet you could get half of what the kote costs
