Can Double Attack affect Kick Attacks?

I've never seen double attack affect kick...
It can effect either or both punches, but the Kick is considered a bonus attack and is not included.
The Kick will always be the final attack in a predetermined attack cycle, exception being a counter, in which case that animation is when ever it occurs as opposed to determined by attack speed and order...Comment
