    Other than the homam body, the rest of the set gives small amounts of accuracy. The reason it is so good is because each piece also gives 3% haste. The best compliments to it would be the speed belt, followed be the swift belt.

      What I meant is that players mix and match gear for overall effectiveness. +3% haste is nice, but by itself isn't that much. It's when you add it all up that the gear looks really nice. But we may not get all of it because we try to balance it with pieces from AF +1, Relic +1, and other great pieces of endgame equipment. For instance, I'd give up 3% of total possible haste to get some ATK or STR. This belt is a nice alternative that gives you room to mix and match other pieces of equipment for optimal performance. Speed and Swift certainly have their uses. I see this belt as being most useful to mage subs since even haste hits a point of diminishing returns.
      4 out of 3 people have a problem with fractions. . .

        yea or +5 dex instead of VIT even. though that's the little man inside me that always thought DRG should have more of a DEX focus. I think Haste would've been a perfect fit considering the direction they've been going recently (crappy Relic +1, Homam, /drg latent items). Lfpers can't be choosers, though. This is a pretty nice belt.
        Wrong. VIT is the primary modifier for jump damage. Dex does not help a dragoon outside of the 20% bonus to the INITIAL hit of penta (useless) and the minor accuracy boost (also useless). And yes, I have the belt.
        I believe most sigs are like the people they represent - useless, loud and obnoxious.
