Now before someone just goes DEX>STR, my ACC at 61 is already +32, and against those IT++ cats they never come up as high eva, sometimes even low eva, without a bard. So instead of dual snipers, would the extra dex or str instead of one of the snipers work? and if so, would the dex or str make more of a diffrence?

I have been useing an str ring instead of the second sniper, and havent noticed any decrease in hit rate while fighting harder enemies, so i was wondering if anyone had any insight..

Well you answered your own question, heh.

If you find that you are hitting around the same with and without the 2nd ring then just replace it for a +STR.

Dexterity for a dragoon is a joke we aint thieves.
If you want accuracy buy accuracy eqp not dex because
you need way to much dex to get accuracy think Life Belt+10acc
that is like 20dexterity in itself.

Dex is just a poor mans accuracy. as a Dragoon just concetrate
on Accuracy Attack and Strenght.

You kind of did answer your own question, but what race are you? I guess a Mithra should be more focused on strength whereas an Elvaan should be more focused on accuracy.
