Accuracy above all, IMHO.

After that, either Attack or DEX. I personally prefer Attack over DEX. STR should be on the bottom of your list, if at all, IMHO.

Actually, it's not. My profile is my way of poking fun at unorthodox job combos, which more often than not tend to be gimp.

I'd say attack and accuracy. I usually try and buy all the ACC+ items I can, then attack, then STR, then DEX. This is for my DRK ofcouse, but they're not that different.

I'm starting to find out that dex seems to raise your critical chance more than it raises your accuracy--and very minimal at that. Str on the other hand directly raises attack and damage by a relatively large amount. So, i'm finding that the huge dex bonus that mithra have is really not that useful for accuracy.

That said, the job makes more difference than the race. You need as much acc+ as you can get. Worry about str and attack when you've maxed out the acc+.
