I have seen this level 60+ Lance "Narval" on some dragoons. I have searched pretty much everywhere and have yet to discover how to obtain it. If anyone knows or is willing to point out where I can find this information it would be greatly appreciated.

It's dropped by an NM Sahagin in the Sea Grotto. I was camping it yesterday, but the NM never spawned

Anyone else feel the short end of the stick as far as lances go above level 60? Basically its GK lance, Cermet lance (which honestly isn't an upgrade, 24 lower delay means shit), Colossal lance, Narval (I'd still probably use GK lance over this) and Gae Bolg? Kind of messed up itemization, the only real "upgrade" between GK lance and Gae Bolg is Colossal lance, so 10 levels before a bearable weapon upgrade since its pretty likely to not have Gae Bolg at 70.

Well doesn't that just sound fun. *thinks of self in sea grotto for 10hours, finally sees sahagin, gets killed by it. Watches someone kill it and drop Narval.....dam* Lol =P

What level is the NM?

What level is Zuug, and where is he exactly in the Grotto? And what normal placeholder mobs does he spawn from?

Gae Bolg is actually before Collosal...just hard for lvl 67 to beat Vouivre ><b
Collosal is also quite difficult to get, dunno about other servers but it's still aorund 1.5 million here. One day pop with rare drop and a door that costs 15K to open....bleh

I've only ever seen 1 Colossal lance for sale ever, and 3 are recorded as sold in the auction house. Not really something to shoot for getting.

Yea I saw Gae Bolg is lower level, even though it is better. Odd that.

A party of 70s could beat him. He pops behind the gold coin door, on the map near the NPC room. The little section will have 2-3 Octopi, then 4-6 random Sahagins, but always 2 Delta. He pops from the Deltas.
