Thunder vs. Raiden

I am wondering, other than for renkais, what is the difference between Thunder Thrust and Raiden Thrust? They both say they do lightning elemental damage.

Raiden I belive is int based for its attack, and a guaranteed hit. I do not think there is a difference in the renkei for thunder or raiden, but my chart may be outdated.
